A passionate and dedicated educator, Emily has maintained a vibrant private piano studio for students of all ages and skill levels in Manhattan for over a decade.

Emily was an Adjunct Faculty member at NYU and has served on the Instrumental Faculties of The Browning School and The Spence School, the latter of which she is still affiliated.

She is an active member of the Piano Teacher’s Congress of New York and aims to give her students access to a diverse range of educational and performance opportunities in the New York area.

• Students of all ages and skill levels welcome! No matter what your experience, I offer an individualized and holistic approach to every student based on musical background, interests, and goals.

• Piano lessons take place at my studio on the Upper West Side or in-home depending on your location.

• Lessons are dynamic and well-rounded. Students gain a deeper musical experience via a wide range of repertoire, and the incorporation of improvisation, music theory, ear-training, sight-reading, and music history.

• Above all, it is my goal to fully support and foster the innate musical and artistic ability of the student in a positive and nurturing environment.
